What is the average age per guest?

The median age is 28-44, although we do get some guests in their early twenties, late 40s, 50s and 60s. We tend to get a good mix of couples, singles, small and large groups. Please feel free to visit our Facebook page (CLICK HERE) for images and videos of past events.

Is it a Full Bar on the Yacht?

Yes, all standard beer, wine, and spirits will be served.

What is an Open Bar?

Drinks are included in your ticket price! And yes, this is for the entire yacht cruise (San Diego, Newport Beach, Marina Del Rey and San Francisco). Please bring cash for gratuity.

What does the bar consist of?

Boarding glass of champagne or sparkling cider. Hosted Bar includes Domestic beers, House Red and White Wines, Absolut Vodka, Jim Beam Bourbon, Seagram’s 7 Whiskey, Sauza Tequila, Malibu Rum, Christian Brothers, Carolan’s Irish Cream, sodas, coffee and tea. Subject to Change.

Hosted Bar includes a variety of Domestic and Imported BEER including Coors Light, Coors Banquet, Corona Extra, Blue Moon Belgian White, Firestone 805, Stone IPA, Modern Times Coffee Stout Angry Orchard Cider (GF) and Truly Hard Seltzer.  WINES BY THE GLASS include Sycamore Lane Chardonnay, Sycamore Pinot Grigio, Sycamore Lane Cabernet Sauvignon and William Wycliff Sparkling Wine.  VODKA includes New Amsterdam, Titos Absolut, Absolut Citron, Absolut Vanilla and Concierre.  RUM includes Cruzan Light, Cruzan Coconut, Cruzan Dark, Captain Morgan and Concierre.  GIN includes Concierre and Tanqueray.  TEQUILA includes El Jimador Reposado, Concierre and Sauza Hacienda Silver.  WHISKEY includes Jack Daniel’s and Concierre.  SCOTCH includes Grant’s. BOURBON includes Jim Beam.  BRANDY includes E&J VS and CORDIALS include Amaretto, Bailey’s Irish Cream, Blue Curacao, Creme De Cassis, Kahlua, Melon Liqueur, Peach Schnapps, Sour Apple Liqueur, Triple Sec, Dry Vermouth and Sweet Vermouth.  Water, soda, juices, tea and coffee will be served.  Subject to Change

Hosed bar includes Svedka Vodka, Jim Beam Whiskey, Jack Daniels, Beafeater Gin, Cazadores Tequila, Captain Morgans Rum, JW Red Wine, Sterling Chardonnay, Josh Sauvignon Blanc, Beer and J. Roget Champagne.  Water, Soda, Juices Tea and Coffee.  Subject to Change



Will there be food?

Yes, we will be serving at stations, buffet style and/or tray passed apps throughout the night (depending on which yacht you are on). This is part of your ticket price too!

What kind of food will you be serving?

PASSED HORS D’OEUVRES: Pre-Selected Choice of Four (6 pieces per person), Korean Barbeque Beef Skewer, Moroccan Chicken Skewer, Shrimp Cocktail, Vegan Spring Roll. DISPLAY: Artisan Cheese and Charcutier Display – Grand Cru Reserve, 4 Year Aged Cheddar, Buttermilk Bleu, Fontina, meats, Dried and fresh Fruits, Assorted Crackers and Crostini. STATIONS: Chef’s Carving Station – Hand Carved Strip Loin, USDA Choice, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Bordelaise Sauce, Horseradish Crème Sliced and served by the chef to be able to consume while standing on a small plate, meat needs to be cut into 1-2 bite pieces in order for the Guests to not have to sit at a table to cut the meat. Slider Station- Cheeseburger, chicken and veggie sliders. Signature Dessert- Cakes, Brownies, Seasonal Fruit

Taco Bar:: Choice of chicken or carnitas, served with all the toppings, rice and beans.  Guacamole will also be served.

What type of music will be on the yacht?

Our professional DJs do an amazing job of keeping the dance floor going all night!  They spin Top 40 dance hits from multiple genres… Pop, Hip Hop, Rock, House and 80s.

Is there a Hotel close by?

Each harbor has plenty of hotel options within walking distance… or a short Uber ride.

Where does the yacht cruise?

SAN DIEGO: San Diego Bay
NEWPORT BEACH (BOTH): Newport Harbor
SAN FRANCISCO and ALAMEDA: San Francisco Bay

The yacht does not go out on open water and you can hardly feel movement.  Sea sickness is typically not a concern.

Is there a coat check?

No, since the yacht will be on the water, no one can walk off with your coat. Everyone typically finds a spot to put their things. In the 18 years of operation, we have not had one theft.

Is there parking?

Each dock has available parking nearby. Each parking situation is a little different. For parking information (and directions) broken down by location, click on one of the following: SAN DIEGONEWPORT BEACH (ENDLESS DREAMS), NEWPORT BEACH (AMBASSADOR – Parking Structure in Front of Dock Address), SAN FRANCISCO or ALAMEDA. We always encourage everyone to arrange some type of car service (Uber, Lyft etc.) to prevent any drinking and driving.

What time does the yacht board? Return to the dock?

SAN DIEGO (Spirit of San Diego Yacht)
Check in will begin at 8:30pm and we will plan to board at approximately 9:00pm. Yacht is scheduled to leave the dock approximately 45 minutes after boarding commences. Please plan to arrive early so you don’t miss the yacht! The yacht will return to the dock at 12:30am but the party will continue till 12:45am. The party starts once you board!

NEWPORT BEACH (The Endless Dreams Yacht)
Check in will begin at 8:30pm and is scheduled to board shortly after. The Yacht will leave the dock about 30 minutes after boarding commences. Please plan to arrive early so you don’t miss the yacht!  The yacht will return to the dock at 12:45am.

NEWPORT BEACH (The Ambassador Yacht)
Check in will begin at 8:00pm and is scheduled to begin boarding shortly after. The Yacht will leave the dock about 30 minutes after boarding commences. Please plan to arrive early so you don’t miss the yacht!  The yacht will return to the dock at 12:30am
LOCATION: 2901 W. Coast Hwy, Newport Beach, CA 92663

Check in will begin at 8:30pm and we will plan to board shortly after. Yacht will plan to leave the dock about 30 minutes after boarding commences. Please plan to arrive early so you don’t miss the Yacht! The Yacht will return to the dock at approximately 1:00am.

Is there a dress code?

No, but it is New Year’s Eve so please dress nice.

Is there seating on the yachts?

Yes, there is general seating options on each yacht. These are available on a first come first serve basis. The yachts don’t have seating for all the guests at one time, but there is typically a reasonable rotation of available seats on each yacht.   Guests may purchase a table (subject to availability) for added convenience.  The table fee is per group (any size) and is NOT an admission ticket.  Everyone in the party must purchase an admission ticket.  Endless Dreams Yacht in Newport Beach Does have tickets available for assigned seating.

I bought my ticket(s) online… what do I need to bring to the Yacht?

You should have received an email with a PDF attachment.  The attachment is your tickets.  We will need to scan the QR code to check you in prior to boarding.  If you have not received your tickets via email, please contact us.

What can I bring on the yacht?

You are allowed to bring bags on the yachts but they will be subject to search. No liquids of any kind are allowed on the yacht. If you would like to bring a bottle of champagne or wine on the yacht, please contact us about corkage fees. This must be approved prior to the day of. Also, if you would like to bring some of your own food for dietary reasons or for celebration (cake), please contact us prior to the day of so that we can assist with the coordination. DO NOT bring ANY illegal substances on the yachts.

Is there ADA access on the yachts?

Although boats are not required to have ADA access, some of the yachts have some limited access. Please email us at info@nyeyachtparties.com for further information.

Are there refunds?

Unfortunately there are no refunds on your tickets but we do allow you to transfer the ticket to someone else.  We will provide refunds if the event is cancelled due to any unforeseen Covid restrictions.

What is the age limit?

All cruises are for guests that are 21 and over only.
